Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Dhoovi. We take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted dhoop cones. Since our products are for personal use and aromatic purposes, we have established the following policy:
1. Returns and Exchanges

Sealed Products: We only accept returns for items that are in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.

Opened Boxes: Due to the nature of incense products and for hygiene/quality reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product box has been opened or the seal is broken.
2. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, we will gladly replace it or offer a full refund.

To be eligible, you must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Requirement: Please provide a clear photo or a short video of the damaged product and the outer packaging to Support@dhoovi.com.
3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly by us.
